Welcome to Nautego Boat Charters. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our yacht charter services. By booking a charter, you agree to comply with the following terms.


1. Booking and Payment

1.1 A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the charter date.
1.2 If a booking is made less than 14 days before departure, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
1.3 Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is less than 30 days away at the time of cancellation.
1.4 Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by Nautego.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
2.2 Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the charter date will forfeit the deposit, but any additional payments will be refunded.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter date will be charged the full charter fee.
2.4 If Nautego cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or operational issues), an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be provided.


3. Charter Itinerary and Conditions

3.1 The charter itinerary is subject to weather conditions and may be adjusted by the captain for safety reasons.
3.2 The boat must return to Port Adriano or the designated drop-off location by 8:30 PM, unless agreed otherwise.
3.3 Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
3.4 The maximum number of guests allowed on board will be stated in the booking confirmation and must not be exceeded.


4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Guests must respect the boat and its equipment. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the client.
4.2 No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted on board.
4.3 Guests must act responsibly and adhere to local laws, including alcohol consumption laws.
4.4 Nautego reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund if a guest behaves in a manner that endangers the vessel, crew, or other guests.


5. Use of Personal Data

5.1 By booking with Nautego, you agree that we may collect, store, and share your personal data with partner agencies for operational and marketing purposes.
5.2 Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be used in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5.3 You may request to view or delete your personal data by contacting us.


6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Nautego ensures that all vessels are covered by appropriate third-party liability insurance.
6.2 Nautego is not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents that occur due to client negligence.
6.3 Clients are advised to obtain personal travel insurance that covers marine activities.


7. Force Majeure

7.1 Nautego is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or port closures
  • Unforeseen mechanical issues

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

8.1 Nautego reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes affecting their booking.
